A goodybag is a prepaid tariff that includes minutes, text messages and data. It lasts for 30 days from activation and can be used in the UK as well as EU countries and selected destinations.
You can check your goodybag balance and expiration date in the ‘My giffgaff; section of the website and the giffgaff mobile app.
If you run out of data before your goodybag expires, you can buy the next one at any time. As a prepaid network, if you do not renew then any data that you use will be deducted from your available credit. If you do not have sufficient balance, then you will not be able to continue browsing until you top up your balance. On pay as you go, calls cost 25p/min, texts cost 10p each, and data costs 10p/MB.
